The tracking on MVMT was useless!!! It kept saying my order was still processing, and then out of nowhere the package just showed up a few days later with no real update in between!!! I had no idea where it was or when I should expect it, which was super frustrating!!! Customer support didn’t really help either, they just repeated the same tracking info I could already see!!! The product itself wasn’t bad, but the tracking accuracy was seriously not great!!!

I only wore this a few times before the band snapped, which was frustrating. The whole watch feels cheap, and trying to get any help for it felt like I had to beg, which just made me resent buying it even more.

My watch quit on me after only a few months, so I figured I’d just use the warranty like a normal person. Nope. Support took forever to reply every single time, then kept asking for the same info I’d already sent, like nobody there knew what the hell was going on.
After dragging it out, they finally said it wasn’t covered but barely explained why. The whole thing felt like a dumb little runaround and a complete waste of time. I’m definitely not buying from mvmt again

Looked just like the description, no surprises at all.

I ordered a watch from mvmt.com because the color online looked like this nice soft tan/gold mix, which was exactly what I wanted.

When it arrived, though, it was a lot darker in person and had more of an orange tone than the photos showed. It didn’t feel like bad quality or anything, but you expect the color to be close to what you’re seeing on the site.

Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there. I just think the color accuracy could be better, and if you’re picky about shades, you might want to be careful before ordering.

I mean, the stuff isn’t bad exactly, and I’m sure some people still like the look, but lately everything feels kind of the same to me. I was hoping for a bit more variety, and instead it just comes across as boring now...

I’ve been wearing my MVMT watch for a bit and I really like the clean, simple design. The strap feels nice too, though I do wish the face wasn’t quite so shiny

I ordered from MVMT and the delivery was smooth. I got the tracking email quickly, and the package showed up on the day it was supposed to, so no complaints there. The box was in good shape too. The only thing was that tracking didn’t really update for a couple days, so I was like, where is this thing?? But it ended up arriving just fine, so overall I’d say it was a good experience.

I picked up an mvmt watch while it was on sale, it feels like a good buy for the price. The design is clean and simple, which is exactly what I wanted for everyday wear, and it doesn’t feel bulky or heavy on my wrist. Shipping went smoothly too. I wouldn’t say it feels like a high-end luxury watch, but I wasn’t really expecting that. For me, it hits the right balance between looking nice and being affordable, so I’m happy with it.

I got the order confirmation and then kind of just heard nothing after that. I don’t know, it just felt really off and frustrating. I was expecting some kind of update, but it was just silence.

I had to send back my order from MVMT and I was a little nervous about how long the refund would take. It ended up coming through quicker than I expected, I think just a few days after they received the package. The return updates werent the best and felt kinda slow, but the refund itself was quick so I cant complain too much.

Had a small issue and reached out to customer service. Took a bit to get going. But once they replied, they were actually helpful. Got it sorted quickly after that

Support did get back to me eventually, so that was fine, I guess. It just took longer than I expected, and I was kind of left sitting there like... okay, should I wait or try something else? Not terrible, but the delay was a bit frustrating...

I got a watch and then realized I needed it in a different color, or at least that’s what I ended up trying to switch to. Starting the exchange was easy enough, but after that the updates were kind of slow. I wasn’t totally sure what was happening for a while, so it just felt like it dragged on longer than expected. It did get taken care of in the end, so it wasn’t bad, just not super smooth.

I might be remembering the weird parts more than anything else, but the whole thing just felt a little sketchy to me. Nothing super dramatic happened, I just didn’t get a great feeling and I’m not sure I’d fully trust them.

I ordered a watch from MVMT thinking I knew what I was paying, then when it arrived I got stuck with extra duties and taxes. Maybe it was somewhere in the fine print, but it definitely wasn’t clear enough at checkout, and I ended up feeling like I was the one paying for their lack of transparency.

I contacted customer support hoping they’d at least understand, but they basically just pointed me back to their policy and that was it. As an international buyer, it felt unfair, like I was left to deal with the surprise cost on my own. I won’t be ordering from them again

The watch came in this really thin box with almost no protection around it. The corners were crushed, and for the price, it just felt kind of cheap... I don’t know, I expected better. Frustrating, honestly

Not gonna lie, it looked decent in the pictures, but once I got it in person I was disappointed. The strap feels stiff, and the case doesn’t feel solid at all. For what it costs, I expected better quality. I’m not really happy with it.

I had a good experience using mvmt.com. The pages loaded in maybe a second or two for me, and it wasn’t hard to browse watches by style or color. Checkout was straightforward as well, which I appreciated. My only small complaint is that the filters could be a little better, since I probably spent more time scrolling than I expected. Overall though, nothing major went wrong and the site worked well.
